Groups
Reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings. The hotel reserves the right to apply special conditions.

Standard / Flexible Rate
You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM (hotel local time) on the day prior to arrival.
In the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the amount corresponding to 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided.
The hotel may pre-authorize the credit card prior to the arrival date.

Non-Refundable and Early Booking Rate
Cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
Full payment of the reservation is required by credit or debit card through a secure payment system.
No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, early departure, or no-show (the reservation will only be held for the first night).
If payment is declined, the reservation will be cancelled.
It is mandatory to present the credit card used for payment upon check-in. If the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, please contact us in advance.
