Groups
Reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings, and the Hotel reserves the right to apply special conditions.

Standard Rate, Flexible
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM (Hotel local time) 1 day before your arrival. For any cancellations made after this deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged to your credit card. This also applies if you leave early or do not show up (the reservation is only held for the first night). The hotel may check the credit card before the arrival date.

Non-Refundable and Early Booking Rate
It is not possible to cancel or change dates without a penalty. The hotel requires full payment of the reservation by credit or debit card through a secure payment system. No refunds are given in case of cancellation, date modification, early departure, or no-show (the reservation is only held for the first night). If payment is denied, the hotel will cancel your reservation. The credit card must be presented at the hotel reception. If the cardholder is not the guest, please contact the Hotel.
